A flexible booking and registration system for leisure activities – from dog training to padel. Rentals, courses and events, gift cards and season passes, payments via Vipps, PayPal or card, and automatic access code management.
Get the most out of your rental options with our simple time slot picker. Divide into multiple rental zones and let customers rent one or more zones simultaneously without confusion. Control when rentals can happen, when they open, and who can rent. Rent out as group sessions or exclusive time slots.
Exclusive or group session, when the slot opens for rental, who can rent and at what price. There are endless variations and Velpr supports many.
Organize courses, trials or group sessions with participant lists published or hidden. Accept payment at registration via Vipps, card or PayPal. Create forms to collect information for example for study grant applications.
Velpr has the tools you need to organize leisure activities and training – in the hall, on the court or in the forest. Agility course, rally obedience course, scent room, padel court, clubhouse, course venue and training equipment – everything can be organized in Velpr.
Rules can be shared across all activities or specific to individual activities and rental units.
Let Velpr send out access codes to those who have rented a time slot. The code is sent by email a few hours before the session starts or the night before. The code is also available on the website when the session approaches.
With punch cards and season passes you can offer a great deal to your regular customers or collect membership fees via Velpr.
Gift cards are a great way to compensate for a cancelled session or give a session to a friend. And the world's best Christmas gift – for dog lovers and padel players alike.
Let customers pay directly to you, with your Vipps or PayPal agreement. You can also offer everything for free and let customers pay on site or through other channels.
